Marcia Hawley Barnes

Marcia Hawley Barnes is a Georgia writer and poet. In 2008, Ms. Barnes researched, illustrated, and published "​The Little Book of Secret Family Recipes", a heritage cookbook. Her poetry was published in "Stone, River, Sky: An anthology of Georgia poems," in 2015, Negative Capability Press. In June 2017, Barnes received the Georgia Author of the Year Award in the Children's Book Category for "Tobijah."
