W. H. Miller

William H. Miller was an American journalist and civil servant. Miller was born in 1843 in Jasper County, Missouri, and initially became a printer in Rock Port, MO, before serving the Union in the Civil War. After the war, he moved to Nebraska, where he worked as a newspaper manager until coming to Kansas City in 1871. There, he was editor of the Kansas City Journal until 1877.
