Lionel J. Maxim

Lionel.J.Maxim was born in Cape Town on the 14 March 1957 and has grown up in the Cape Flats township Bonteheuwel after his family was forcefully evicted by the apartheid government of South Africa. After finishing school and getting married he moved to Mitchell's Plain. After sixteen years of marriage which ended in a divorce Lionel.J.Maxim authored the first children's book depicting the life of Nelson Mandela.
