Herbert S. Denenberg

Herbert S. Denenberg, is a lawyer, author of seven books, former college professor. From 1969-1970, he was Presidents of the American Risk and Insurance Association. In 1971, he became Commissioner of the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance. He served as professor of Insurance at the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania.
