Raghbir Singh Basi

Dr Raghbir Singh Bassi was educated at Punjab University (F.A.) in India in the 1940s. In the 1950s he moved to Canada to study at the University of British Columbia, from which he received a B.A. degree. He moved to the United States to study at Harvard University, where he received an M.P.A., and then Cornell University, where he received his Ph.D. From 1960-1978 he taught at New York University and Kent State University.
