David A Hastings

David Hastings is a remote sensing and geographic information systems specialist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Geophysical Data Center, Boulder, Colorado. He is Co-Chairman of ISPRS Working Group IV/8 on Global Environmental Databases.
