Ram Sarup Ankhi

He was a Punjabi writer and novelist. His novel, Kothe Kharak Singh (1985), won Sahitya Academy Award in 1987. Many of his famous works include, Sulagdi Raat (novel), Baarantali (novel), Hamirgarh (novel), Kankan Da Katlam (novel), Sutta Nag (stories). His autobiography is titled Malhe Jhadiyan.
