John Holmes Miller

Associate Professor at the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies in 2000. Twenty-five-year career with the U.S. Foreign Service as a Japanese language officer, he specialized in Japanese domestic politics and foreign policy. Dr. Miller holds a Ph.D. from Princeton University, an M.A. from Stanford University, and a B.A. from Amherst College.
