Edith Overlease

<b><a href="http://www.thepress.purdue.edu/contributors/edith-overlease">Edith Overlease</a></b> (b. 1933) is an Indiana naturalist. She and her husband William Overlease have coauthored several books on the natural history of Indiana and Michigan, including the compendious <i>100 Years of Change in the Distribution of Common Indiana Weeds</i> (2007). She studied at <a href="http://shimer.edu">Shimer College in Illinois</a> and at Indiana University, completing a BS in education in 1956 and teaching elementary school from 1958 to 1974.
