Eugene M. Berquam

Eugene "Skip" Berquam is a retired school superintendent, and lives in Spokane, Washington with his wife, Holly. He was first trained in Precision Teaching at the Sacajawea Project in Great Falls, Montana, while serving as an elementary principal in Montana. In 1978 he enrolled in a doctoral program in special education at the University of Florida. He became the first director of the Orange County Schools Precision Teaching Project in 1980.
