John Abernethy

An English surgeon. He is popularly remembered today for having given his name to the Abernethy biscuit, a coarse-meal baked good meant to aid digestion (<a href=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Abernethy_(surgeon)>Wikipedia</a>).
