Latimer Rangers

Born in 1940, Latimer Rangers is a cultural figure in Madagascar. In the 60's he was correspondent for several newspapers and radios as BBC, Gamma-photo and Jeune Afrique. His national fame came from his radio shows, which captivated the whole country every week for about twenty years.
