Bryan S. Higby

Bryan S. Higby was born in Lowville New York, on May 17th 1974. He was raised in the upstate region of New York State. He was a curious child who hid in closets and cupboards. He graduated middle of his class, from Lowville Academy Central School. Higby suffered a major seizure at the age of eight that removed nearly all his eight year past.
