Julia Griffiths

British textile artist Julia Griffiths (Julia Griffiths Jones) was born in 1954, in Bangor, North Wales; she studied at Winchester School of Art and the Royal College of Art. She won a British Council Scholarship. Her work has been exhibited in leading galleries in Britain and Europe, and in recent years these exhibitions have included projects with The National Wool Museum, The Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital and Stories in the Making, a touring exhibition organised by Ruthin Craft Centre.
