William Griffiths

Dr. William “Bill” Griffiths was a pioneer, leader, and visionary in public health, family planning, and health education. His contributions to the field included exemplary service to the Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE). He was one of the founders of SOPHE and of Health Education Monographs, having edited some of the earliest issues before it became Health Education Quarterly (now Health Education & Behavior).
