James Murray governor

James Murray was born 21 January 1721 in Ballencrieff, East Lothian, Scotland and died 18 June 1794 in Battle, East Sussex. He was the governor of the Province of Quebec 1760-1768 and Governor of Minorca from 1778 to 1782.
