Patrick Bieler

Patrick Bieler is a researcher at the Institute of European Ethnology at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. His PhD thesis BioÖkologien des Begegnens is a co-laborative ethnographic inquiry into the relational constitution of mental health and urban life. He is interested in broadening anthropological conceptualizations of human-environment relations by combining approaches from Science and Technology Studies, Urban Studies, and Medical and Environmental Anthropology.
