Nicolete Meredith McGuire Stack

Nicolete Meredith Stack was born in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of writer Frances Lynch McGuire. She grew up on a farm, attended the University of Colorado for one year and then went on a six-month around-the-world trip aboard the H.M.S. Franconia Floating University.
