Former Member of the Knowledge Media Research Center (Tuebingen, Germany) Sigmar-Olaf Tergan (born 27. 02. 1944 in Hildesheim) studied psychology from 1966 -1971 at the universities Göttingen, Innsbruck (Aut) and Marburg (diploma).
