The Invencible Iron Man - Execute Program

"Execute Program" was a six-part storyline running through issues #7-12. The plot revolved around a mysterious villain who had taken control of Tony Stark, and by extension, his armor, and was using him to assassinate various international underworld figures. The common link between all of the deaths was that these men all played a part in the murder of Ho Yinsen, the man who saved Tony's life in Afghanistan.
