As a shield

HISTORICAL MYSTERIES. Davis Morgan, having left the ministry after the death of his wife, Julie, returns to his hometown of Adairsville Georgia where he operates a used and rare bookstore while also serving as chaplain of the police department. He and Charley, a young policeman, after discovering the body of a tattooed man find themselves in a serious battle to bring to justice two strange villains who are threatening the safety of Davis's daughter. While all of this is unfolding, Davis is struggling with trying to interpret his relationship with a young history teacher who happens to be his daughter's roommate.
