Still in print since 1972, this book gives you 100 wild, edible plants, with each plant illustrated. Each has full descriptions, how to prepare the foods, the medicinal values where known, including vitamins and minerals. Originally published in Virginia Beach by Lorien House, the next printings were from Black Mountain, and the 10th printing is by Bookdogger Press, Huntsville AL [same organization].
