It is about philosophy. However, it has a lot of truth about conditions of the world. He was a writer from Venezuela who unveiled the corruption of politics in that country. Then he had people threatening his life and decided to end his life himself. My favorite part of his masterpieces is how correct he is regarding the Vatican and the damages it caused to his country.
