Sobre este livro
Outlaw Jack Crow discovers the body of a Texas Ranger. As a posse is hot on his trail Jack decides to shake of his pursuers by taking the identity of the dead man, and giving him his own identity. Jack finds himself accepted as a ranger and upholding the law from which he has so often run. When a range war erupts Jack is forced to a final showdown with a notorious renegade gang leader. He finds that it is much harder to take off a dead man's boots that to put them on.
