A compilation of recipes collected through 100 years of recipe swapping and potluck gathering by a nonprofit called Tacoma Community House. Recipes included come from 5 different world regions. Recipes are easy to follow and are enhanced by tips and country specific menus. The cookbook transcends the traditional bounds of a cookbook to contain regional and individual narratives from each featured area--Publisher.
