5000 Miles From Anywhere Recognizable

The first anthology of poetry from Jarvis Black, published in 2004. The poems contained within are taken from volumes of hand written journals, penned between 1996 and up to 2004. Cynical, angry, and often juvenile, the book is a war cry from a wounded spirit, albeit perhaps from an author a bit too old to be suffering from such angst. As a poet though, the authoshows some real talent in need of a bit of refinement, and the poems seem to have many hidden agendas.
