Caprock rebel

When the Civil War ended Confederate David Landis returned to his father's abandoned ranch, planning to reclaim it and restart his life. But then he became involved in a plan to unearth a cache of stolen coins buried in the hills of Caprock country. Soon he finds himself in the company of men far more deadly than the ragged and hungry Union soldiers he was used to fighting -- and these men were just as eager to kill him.
